About The Role

As an early member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our product and technology.

RAG, fine-tuning approaches etc.).

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the design, architecture and development of our UI / Frontend technology stack, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance meet our business needs.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end product development, from frontend user interfaces to backend server systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and ensure the quality of the codebase through code reviews and testing.
  • Building new features and services with React / Next.js and Python.
  • Use AI to build workflow products for Law Firms.

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of experience in designing and developing large-scale web applications using Typescript / React or related technologies.
  • Comfortable diving into both frontend and backend components.
  • Experience working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Previous experience in a startup environment or as a founding Software Engineer.
  • Passionate about using AI to solve problems and build products.
  • Experience using Python is a plus (we use this for our backend services).

The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description.

Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

Salary range : $150,000 - $200,000 USD
