Job Details :
- Shift : Night 3x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 07 : 30)
- Night shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7pm-7am
- Minimum of 18 months recent Med / Surg Telemetry experience
- Must have 18 months perm MS / Telemetry PRIOR to travel
- MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
- AHA BLS & ACLS required, MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start
- TWO recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission
Additional Information :
- PBDS Assessment waived
- ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required
- Qualivis Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked
