Professional Responsibilities
1 Investment Banking Domain Knowledge : Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of investment banking operations including trade lifecycle asset classes financial instruments and regulatory frameworks, Stay updated with industry trends market developments and regulatory changes in the investment banking domain, Apply domain knowledge to analyze complex business requirements and provide strategic recommendations for improving processes and systems
2 Business Reporting Framework Development Design and develop effective business reporting frameworks to support investment banking operations Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable data models and reporting solutions Develop data visualization tools and dashboards to present complex data in an easily understandable format Ensure data accuracy integrity and reliability in reporting by implementing appropriate data validation and quality control measures
3 Reconciliation Preferred Conduct reconciliations of investment banking data including trade confirmations settlements cash balances and positions Identify discrepancies and work collaboratively with relevant teams to investigate and resolve issues in a timely manner Develop and implement reconciliation processes and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy Monitor reconciliation activities and report on key performance indicators
