Basic Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
Agile experience preferred.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS : Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.
S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.
S. citizenship is required.

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES :
As a Software Application Test Engineer, you will be part of a team developing automated testing application for use across various development, lab, and operational environments.
We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences :
- Experience developing and executing automated tests and performance analysis of large integrated system environments
- Characterization of system, software, or component performance testing using quantitative methods
- Functional test / analysis experience in both planning and execution test events
What sets you apart :
- Experience with an Agile development process
- Automated testing for requirement verification and performance assessment
- Conducting post-processing and analysis of collected data
- Development of action plans based upon analysis of data
- Documenting software deficiency reports
- Presenting analysis results and plans of action orally and / or in written format (e.g., slides, annotated slides, test report document)
- Experience in a DevSecOps environment extremely desirable, a Security+ certification is extremely desirable

Target salary range : USD $107,520.00 / Yr. - USD $119,280.00 / Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.
