Responsibilities :
- Develop technical documentation for the client's database.
- Create detailed program and end-user documentation, including tutorials, user guides, troubleshooting manuals, and reference manuals.
- Format and outline documentation with appropriate visualizations.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from company staff and adjust drafts based on user requests and supervisor directions.
- Produce video tutorials that meet company, DIR, and W3C standards.
- Collaborate with team members at all technical levels.
- Provide technical support and perform testing as needed.
Requirements :
Required Experience :
- 8 years of experience with web page user interface design.
- Proven experience developing end-user documentation for complex relational database applications.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to engage with people of all technical levels.
Preferred Experience :
- 5 years of experience in understanding the limitations and capabilities of computer systems and how they integrate with business processes.
- Skilled in preparing technical documents for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data for technical documentation.
