We're looking for a Registered Nurse with a passion for cardiovascular care to join our CVOR unit, a critical part of our Main Operating Room.
This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing exceptional patient care in complex cardiovascular surgical procedures.

- Nursing Excellence : Utilize your specialized knowledge and skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in our state-of-the-art cardiovascular operating rooms.
- Patient and Family Centered Care : Be part of a model that fosters an ongoing partnership between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring care that is culturally based and age-specific.
- Team Collaboration : Work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals known for nationally recognized care in procedures like CABG, valve repairs / replacements, heart transplants, and more.

- Professional Development : Whether new to the field or a seasoned RN, we support your growth towards specialized certifications and further education.
- Experience : While 1 year of CVOR experience is preferred, we welcome nurses driven to advance their skills in a high-acuity, complex environment.
- Education & Certification : AD and Diploma nurses are encouraged to apply, with the expectation to obtain a BSN within 5 years of hire.
Current Ohio nursing licensure and BLS certification are required.
