Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and execute recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection focusing on excellent candidate experience.
  • Partner with leadership to identify talent needs and develop workforce planning initiatives.
  • Lead onboarding processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.

HR Strategy and Business Support :

  • Implement HR policies and programs that align with the firm’s strategic goals and objectives.
  • Manage and support employee relations and performance management initiatives.
  • Manage the firm’s diversity, equity and inclusion efforts by identifying partner organizations, establishing resource groups, and engaging in activities that foster a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Partner with Chief Compliance Officer to ensure compliance with all applicable employment law and regulations.
  • Partner with PEO provider to manage employee onboarding / offboarding, benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, to ensure competitive offerings.

HR Business Partnering and Organizational Leadership :

  • Support department heads in creating job descriptions, refining role requirements and setting up interview processes that identify the best candidates.
  • Assess and address departments' training and development needs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Partner with senior team members to help lead organizational change initiatives, including process improvements that lead to increased efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
  • 8-10 years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on talent and HR management within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and demonstrated passion for building organizations.
  • Highly organized and strong user of CRM.
  • Strong experience with MS Office 365 including expert level PowerPoint and Excel skills.

Compensation :

The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and performance during the selection process.
