Indiana Metal Inc. is looking for a motivated, full-time Shipping & Receiving Handler to join our growing team in Bainbridge, Indiana. If you take pride in hands-on work, enjoy staying busy, and want to be part of a company that values teamwork, reliability, and craftsmanship—we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do :

  • Pack and prepare customer orders for delivery
  • Receive and stock incoming materials
  • Load customer pickups and ensure accuracy
  • Safely load, strap down, and test portable roll forming equipment for deliveries

What We’re Looking For :

  • Forklift experience
  • Ability to safely load trailers and secure loads
  • Capable of lifting 40 lbs regularly
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Dependable and self-directed, but always ready to help where needed
