BILINGUAL SPANISH / ENGLISH
Job Location : Onsite in Scottsdale, AZ
Pay Rate : $20-22 / hr DOE
Training Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7am 3 : 30pm (1 month of training)
Post-Training Schedule : Various Shifts to choose from
12 : 30pm-9 : 00pm AZ - M Tu Th F Sa
12 : 30pm-9 : 00pm AZ - M Tu W Th Su
10 : 30am-9 : 00pm AZ - M Tu F Sa
9 : 00am-5 : 30pm AZ - Tu W F Sa
10 : 30am-9 : 00pm AZ - M Tu W Su
Brief List of Job Duties :
- Inbound calls assisting with rewards redemption questions
- Assisting with tracking information
- Notate account with process updates regarding outcome of call
Requirements :
- 1 year of call center experience in busy environment
- Proven computer and typing skills
