Work Details :

Support Staff : 1 PA no other MD’s Mas assigned

Amount of Coverage Needed per Month : Full time will look at 2 weeks per month

Patients per day : 20 patients per day in clinic

Procedures per day : 10-15 per week

Surgeries in OR : 3 or 4 per day

EMR : Cerner

Hospital Bed size : 99

Robotics : No

Special Procedures : in clinic vasectomy infant circumcision outpatient not required

Disposable flexible stethoscopes

Doctor will phone interview

Requirements :

Board Certification : BC or BE

License Required : AZ License - or IMLC

DEA : Yes

CSR : No

Minimum Experience Required : 1 year

Credentialing Timeframe : 30 days

Shift Info : Day 7x24-Hour 08 : 00 - 08 : 00

1099 Pay Rate : Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
