Job Overview
The Business Analyst provides process documentation and analytical support for discrete projects. The Business Analyst will develop and manage project-based deliverables that include : process mapping, gathering business requirements, gathering and reporting operational metrics, project financial and operational analysis / reporting.
This individual will also support peers and management to interpret performance data and develop recommendations for business solutions.
The individual will work as part of a team supporting enterprise business software applications and infrastructure projects.
Minimum Requirements :
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, statistics, organizational management or related field required
2. 1 to 3 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination activities and designing end-to-end business processes in an outpatient clinic setting and / or enterprise support department strongly preferred
3. Understanding of process improvement methodology (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, or TQM) preferred
