Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team.
The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the bestoutcomes for patients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate and complete healthcare records and reports.
- Administer medications to patients, monitor for side effects and reactions, and take appropriate action when necessary.
- Prescribe assistive medical devices and related treatments.
- Record patient vital signs and medical information.
- Order medical diagnostic and clinical tests as needed.
- Monitor, report, and record symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
- Administer non-intravenous medications.
- Assess, implement, plan, and evaluate nursing care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
- Modify patient health treatment plans based on condition changes and responses.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
- Experience : Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
License / Certification :
- Current RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
- BLS certification required.
- Additional Requirements : COVID vaccine with 2 shots and booster.
Certification : Basic Life Support
