Badger State Staffing is seeking an experienced Sanitation Worker for a full-time opportunity based in the Fox Valley. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within food manufacturing facility, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all employees and products.

Primary Duties :

  • Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of all areas within the facility, including production lines, equipment, and common areas
  • Utilize appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure effective sanitation
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance
  • Follow established safety protocols while handling cleaning supplies and operating machinery
  • Assist in the organization of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficient workflow
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sanitation goals and maintain compliance with health regulations
  • Engage in heavy lifting as needed to move equipment or materials during the cleaning process

Schedule : Tuesday through Friday from 5 : 00 PM to 1 : 30 AM and Saturday from 1 : 00 PM to 9 : 30 PM.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to communicate in basic English, both verbal and written
  • At least one year of previous Sanitation experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stack, and / or carry totes / pans, remove blades, and perform physical duties on a repetitive basis
  • Ability to work in a variety of different situations (i.e., cold, hot, damp, wet, strong chemicals, and high or tight spaces around machinery)
