Interim HealthCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN or LPN to join our team for a patient in Enfield, New Hampshire.
The RN / LPN will provide one-on-one care to a patient in their home, assisting with daily activities and providing professional medical care after school from 3PM-9PM This position has potential to be full-time in the future.
Pay Rate : RN $40.00 / hr or LPN $29.00 / hr
Hours : Thursdays and Fridays 3 : 00PM-9 : 00PM
Responsibilities :
- Provide skilled nursing care to the patient, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring.
- Communicate with the patient's healthcare team, including the physician, nurse practitioner, and case manager as needed.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.

Job Requirements
- Valid Nursing License (RN / LPN) in the State of New Hampshire
- One year of pediatric working experience within the last five years preferred
- Home care experience preferred
- Current CPR Certification Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
- Promptly responding to and managing medical emergencies.
