About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty : Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Morning, 10-hour shifts Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience required License : Registered Nurse License Certifications : Not specified Must-Have : Candidates must be prepared to take call hours, up to 60 hours per 6-week schedule, and work one major holiday during the assignment.
Job Description : Work four 10-hour shifts per week with no block schedule guarantee.- Provide expert care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room.
- Participate in a teamwork-focused environment while maintaining patient safety and high standards of care.- Adapt quickly to varying situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Uphold and comply with health and safety protocols and procedures.- Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrate effective communication and critical thinking skills in high-pressure environments.
