What You'll Do

As a Traveling Laborer, you'll assist our welders with high priority shutdown and turnaround projects nationwide. You'll handle tools and materials, install insulation, help prep work areas, and ensure the team can perform efficiently and safely.

Expect physically demanding work in hot, tight, and elevated spaces, climbing scaffolding, moving heavy parts, and working hands on to support the power industry.

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a general laborer in construction or industrial environments
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools
• Willing and available to travel consistently across the U.S.
• Must be 21+ years old
• Able to work in tight spaces, at heights, and in physically demanding conditions
