Job Responsibilities :
The Oracle Functional Consultant is responsible for executing the test efforts necessary for a successful implementation for the organization’s international population.
An Oracle expert is needed to guide our key stakeholders in the new system and properly test deliverables as scoped while communicating best practices in Oracle.
The role will have a strong emphasis on methodically testing areas within Oracle with a hands-on approach to both test creation and execution.
Mandatory :
- 5+ years experience in Oracle HCM / ADP payroll integration
- 5+ years of HCM Payroll experience
- 3+ years of SQL development experience or equivalent debug reporting in Oracle
- Demonstrated functional support of Oracle Implementations
- Exposure to International (Non-USA) Payroll requirements
- Expertise in Oracle’s Core HR components
- Proficiency with testing interfaces / integrations with 3
party vendors
- Ability to debug Core HR / International Payroll issues from our business testers from a functional and technical perspective.
- Engagement with technical teams on design defects and liaise with the business community through resolution.
- Background in creating a set of test cases that transparently proves to the International Community that different modules / interfaces are production ready.

- Octane Testing Tool Experience
- Oracle Time & Labor Experience
- Oracle AMS Experience
