Director of Hospitality Qualifications :
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field;
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in hospitality management or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing hospitality standards and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and inspire staff at all levels.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to create and sustain a culture of exceptional service.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Director of Hospitality Responsibilities :
- Develop a comprehensive hospitality philosophy that aligns with the values and mission of the company. Create standards and practices that embody this philosophy, ensuring it is reflected in every aspect of our operations.
- Work closely with department heads to ensure consistent application of hospitality standards.
- Integrate the philosophy into training programs, customer interactions, and employee performance metrics.
- Design and deliver training programs that educate staff on the principles and practices of genuine hospitality.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and ongoing training sessions to reinforce the importance of exceptional service.
- Develop training materials and resources to support continuous learning and development.
- Establish systems to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of hospitality initiatives.
- Gather feedback from customers and employees to identify areas for improvement.
- Serve as a role model and mentor, demonstrating exceptional service in all interactions.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that values customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
