The Cash Room Clerk will be held responsible for all receiving, distribution, and maintenance of cash on the property.You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of cash through our organization!
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the management of the property safe including petty cash, cash drawers, and any / all monies to be deposited in the bank
- Must conduct and be responsible for cash audits
- Must follow all property procedures involving any cash entering or leaving the cash room
- Must prepare bank deposits, change orders, and reconcile cash daily from prior days business
- Must notify GM and / or Unit controller immediately about any cash discrepancies
- Must follow and prepare all required paperwork for financial reporting as dictated by UC
