Role Responsibilities :
- Manage field personnel performance, ensuring high standards and productivity.
- Plan and execute projects, including material, labor, permitting, and completion.
- Handle client communication, sign-offs, and project debrief meetings.
- Oversee project scheduling and reporting, maintaining budget and profitability goals.
- Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime.
- Occasionally move up to 75 pounds and stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
- Use of appropriate PPE as required.
- Exposure to various working conditions inside and outside.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years of related Project Management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2-5+ years of related industry experience is preferred.
- PMP Certification is preferred.
- Current, valid driver’s license and the ability to travel.
- BICSI and OSHA 30 (or be willing to obtain within 180 days).
