Job Overview :
We are seeking a detailoriented and motivated EntryLevel Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This is a remote position with both parttime and fulltime opportunities available.
No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. If you have strong attention to detail excellent typing skills and are eager to grow your career in a supportive environment this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities :
- Accurately input update and maintain data in company databases and systems
- Verify and crosscheck information for accuracy and completeness
- Assist in organizing and managing digital records and documents
- Perform regular data quality checks and resolve discrepancies
- Follow data privacy and security protocols to ensure sensitive information is handled correctly
- Communicate with team members to clarify data requirements and ensure smooth workflow
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner meeting deadlines and productivity targets
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong typing skills with attention to accuracy (minimum 40 WPM)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel Word) or Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
- No prior experience required training will be provided
