About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Specialty : Home Health Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 16 : 30) Guaranteed Hours : Per contract Experience : Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required License : Pending Licenses Accepted Certifications : BCLS Required Must-Have : Own transportation Job Description : Backfill for previous employee- Home Health RN for Eastern area of King County starting around Issaquah and surrounding areas- Shift : 8-hour days (*Cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s*)- Patient ratios : 1 : 1, may visit up to 6 patients per day with 30 productivity points standard- First-time applicants not accepted- No weekend requirement- On-call not required- No floating between units required- Not open to accommodating block schedules- Local candidates accepted within 50-75 mile radius- Minimal drive time as system groups clients efficiently;
occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles- Attire : Any color scrubs- Charting System : EPIC- These roles require COVID-19 vaccination, with medical / religious exemptions and declinations allowed.
Must have references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years- All travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state- Orientation provided at 40 hours non-billable- The employer will provide communication devices as needed, or reimburse work-related cell phone use up to a capped amount.
