Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) seeking a fulfilling role in East Syracuse, NY?
We have a fantastic opportunity for the 2024-2025 school year, starting on August 28, 2024, and continuing through the entire school year.
This full-time position offers the chance to work with students in a supportive environment split between two elementary schools.
Position : Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF)
Location : East Syracuse, NY
Hours : Full-Time
Caseload : 40 sessions per week, split between 2 elementary schools
Duration : August 28, 2024 - June 30, 2025
Role Overview :
- Position : Onsite only
- Caseload : 40 sessions per week across two elementary schools
- Support : Work closely with other SLPs and school staff to provide optimal care
Key Responsibilities :
- Therapy Services : Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students.
- Assessment & Planning : Perform comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy plans.
- Collaboration : Partner with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy into the students' educational experience.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and monitor student progress.
Requirements :
- Education : Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Licensure : New York SLP license.
- Experience : CCC-SLPs preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CF) are encouraged to apply.
- Skills : Effective communication and adaptability to working across multiple school sites.
