Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 15 am 4 : 45 pm
Pay : $18.50 / hr

Essex Meadows isseeking a hospitality focused Maintenance Technician to join our team!
Primary Responsibilities :
- Maintain residential painting schedule.
- Maintain the esthetics of high traffic common areas.
- Perform drywall repairs as needed.
- Perform minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry work.
- Perform record keeping tasks associated with work orders.
- Perform general labor under supervisor’s request.
- Perform snow removal duties when necessary.
- Assist Lead Mechanic and . Mechanic as needed.
- Keep repair parts inventory up to date.
- Be available for emergency situations.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- One Three months related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of the above.
- Good working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills necessary.
