About The Position

CVOR Experience - Required License : Oklahoma Certifications : BLS - Required Must-Have : Diploma or Associate's Degree (ADN) - Required Job Description : Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, autonomy, and critical thinking skills in a surgical setting.
- Participate in a 16-week orientation with a dedicated preceptor, learning to circulate cases in all service lines.- Collaborate with other health professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Assess and analyze patient data to establish goals and plan care strategies.- Implement care by setting priorities, delegating tasks safely, and providing both direct and indirect nursing care.
- Evaluate responses to interventions and perform advanced nursing functions in alignment with acquired skills beyond basic nursing preparation.
- Participate in on-call duties with 15 call shifts per month.- Use professional judgment to ensure dedicated and safe patient care, upholding the standards of the department.
