Here are the details on this position.

Your role in our mission

  • Ensures the timely and successful delivery of Client files and letters.
  • Oversees the end-to-end process of claims as they progress through the audit process.
  • Leverages tools, reports, and metrics in place to proactively perform first-level analysis of errors related to files, letters, and overall audit workflow.

Provide weekly Client updates to Manger.

  • Works with implementation teams to understand the client requirements to appropriately QA client deliverables.
  • Conduct claim research as requested by Account Management and Client
  • Participate in Client calls and provide KPI, reporting and claim status updates.
  • Monitors and proactively drives improvements associated with KPIs including Medical Receipt rate, fallout management, and client SLAs.
  • Builds relationships with internal and external staff to ensure client expectations are being met.
  • Facilitates initiatives that support recovery conversion in line with client’s goals.
  • Revenue cycle management oversight

What we're looking for

  • Detail oriented analysis and QA of client data files and letters
  • Ability to analyze data and use logic and process to address issue
  • Ability to create and translate client-specific processes between non-technical and technical partners.
  • Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a friendly and professional approach to customers

The pay range for this position is $44,500 - $63,500 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
