Superior Contracting & Maintenance is currently seeking a skilled Dryer Vent Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Dryer Vent Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of dryer vent systems in residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of dryer vent systems in residential properties
- Inspect and identify any issues or blockages in the dryer vent
- Use specialized equipment to remove lint, debris, and other obstructions
- Ensure the proper functioning and efficiency of dryer vent systems
- Educate customers on the importance of regular dryer vent maintenance and safety
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or questions
- Maintain accurate records of all work orders, materials, and time spent on each job
Requirements
- Experience in dryer vent cleaning or HVAC maintenance (5 years+)
- General Liability Preferred
- Knowledge of dryer vent systems and their components
- Familiarity with specialized cleaning equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
- Physical stamina and ability to work in different environments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Living currently in the US
