Microsoft Solution Architect - New England Area - Hybrid

As a Microsoft Solution Architect, you will be at the forefront of transforming our clients' technological landscape by designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions across a variety of Microsoft platforms.

Your expertise will guide enterprises from traditional on-premises environments to modern, cloud-native architectures, ensuring seamless migrations, robust security, and efficient endpoint device management.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to leverage your technical knowledge to help our customers gain more value from their investments with the Microsoft platform and continually evolve your expertise and problem-solving skills as we help our customers find solutions to new and emerging technology offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically and tactically consult across all levels of an organization, from Senior Engineers to the C-Suite, on M365 migrations including Exchange, SharePoint / Teams / OneDrive, and Azure migrations from VMware / Hyper-V to Azure.
• Up to 25% travel
• Manage all phases of endpoint device management, transitioning from Traditional Active Directory to Hybrid AD+Entra ID, and ultimately to Cloud Native Entra ID.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM), including Intune Device Compliance integration with Conditional Access.
• Configure and deploy the Entra ID Authentication Stack, including SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Set up and manage Defender for Endpoint, Windows 365 Enterprise, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Utilize Copilot for M365 / Copilot (Bing Chat Enterprise) to enhance productivity and collaboration.
• Navigate O365 / M365 licensing options for Business, Enterprise, and Frontline solutions.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Must-Have Qualifications :

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience with on-prem to cloud migrations for both M365 and Azure.
• Expertise in endpoint device management across various stages of AD and Entra ID.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, Entra ID Auth Stack, Defender for Endpoint, Windows 365 Enterprise, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Copilot solutions.

Differentiators :

• AZ-500 or SC-200 certifications are highly desirable.
• Ability to consult on Microsoft Funding & Partner Programs, Custom Copilot Development, Azure VMware Solution, Azure Stack / HCI, Azure OpenAI, and migrations from Okta / ADFS / Federated Auth to Entra ID.
• Knowledge of Defender for Cloud Apps, Defender for Identity, Microsoft Purview, and Power Platform is a plus.
