Advanced Practice Provider (NP / PA).

Our starting focused offerings are consisted of primary care, special medical exams, occupational health, behavioral health, wellness and aesthetics.
Our tech-integrated and patient-centered focus aims to redefine the traditional healthcare delivery standards practiced in conventional outpatient settings.
We are looking for Generalist Nurse Practitioners and / or to be a part of our primary care, psychiatric and / or aesthetic wellness departments as we strive to provide better coordinated care management for patients.
Responsibilities :
- You will conduct exams and develop plans within the scope of professional license to evaluate and treat injuries, acute illnesses and chronic conditions, educate and counsel members about preventive care, medical issues, and use of prescribed medical treatments and medications and perform diagnostic tests and screening evaluations.
- Consults with supervising physician when necessary to prepare comprehensive patient care plan.
- Appropriately refers patients to physician for consultation or to specialized health resources for diagnosis and treatment as needed.
- Ensures the delivery of all medical care is consistent with regulatory, accreditation, and professional standards, including clinical policies and quality initiatives.
- Engage clients and family as active partners in developing, reviewing, and modifying a course of care that supports the clients' progress towards identified goals where appropriate.
- This position requires a current Pennsylvania State License and DEA.
