ILIA is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic creative operations team. As a Project Manager, leading all visual merchandising projects and all retail marketing projects you will play a critical role in driving the success of our retail marketing initiatives.

You will lead the management of creative deliverables and timelines for all fixture updates across all partners, from Sephora NA and independent doors to all global doors.

You will also manage all creative projects that support our retail marketing and education needs, including in-store marketing events and EDU videos.

Your ability to effectively manage projects from inception to completion, while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met, will be essential to the organization's overall retail marketing strategy.

You are a strong communicator who operates with an owner’s mindset and has the passion and enthusiasm to rally a team around you.

and open to candidates based in the Los Angeles, CA region.

Responsibilities

VM / FIXTURE UPDATES (40%) :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including visual merchandising, sales, product development, product and retail marketing, and design, facilitating end-to-end process flow from strategic planning to creative KO, internal reviews and stakeholder alignment to final delivery of all visual merchandising projects, including all fixture updates and new fixture launches.

In partnership with VM Ops Manager, develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, while identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.

Facilitate internal and cross-functional checkpoints (in-person agendas / FIGMA / over email) for visual merchandising and retail marketing / EDU printed projects, ensuring stakeholder inputs and creative outputs are on schedule.

RETAIL MARKETING ASSETS (40%) :

Partner with the retail marketing team in supporting all initiatives ensuring projects are initiated and executed on time and within budget.

Manage task-based projects (Asana), with overall accountability at the program-level.Ensure all projects are delivered on-time and within scope while maintaining high-quality standards;

mitigate timeline risks by communicating creative status and resourcing recommendations (weekly recap emails, creative priorities spreadsheet).

EDU ASSETS (20%) :

Partner with the EDU team in supporting all initiatives ensuring projects are initiated and executed on time and within budget.

Help establish best-in-practice process / work-flow for all EDU needs.

Job Requirements

Proven experience 4+ years in project management in the BEAUTY industry, especially with visual merchandising projects, within an internal creative team environment.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools, including Asana and Figma.

Demonstrated ability to communicate throughout all levels of the organization, ensuring necessary feedback.
