Glam Seamless, one of the leading seamless hair extension brands, is seeking a full-time hairstylists. This role is an important role that will work directly with our customers.

This is more than a job behind the chair, in this role you will have unlimited room for career growth and will get to work on many areas of development such as education, sales and business development.

We are looking for hair extension specialists that are comfortable in doing hair extensions and enjoy helping people look and feel better.

We need someone that can educate our clients on our hair extensions and recommend the ideal extensions for their hair.

What we are looking for :

• Basic knowledge of hair extension techniques.
• Passionate about providing an exceptional client experience and delighting our client in every way.
• Able to provide thorough client consultations and able to maintain client records.
• Perform hair extension applications with ease in a timely manner -training will be provided.
• Have strong blow dry skills.
• You are the type of person who enjoys talking to anyone.
• Are a problem solver. You work on resolutions to any customer issue, fast.
• Want to learn, grow, and develop your professional skills both in client care as well hair color.
• You have integrity and great follow through on tasks.
• Innovative, extremely creative and constantly looking for ways to improve upon things.

Requirements :

• Previous experience in a salon is preferred.
• At least 2 years of Stylist experience
• Current Cosmetologist license, as issued by the State Board of Cosmetology.
• Must be versed in clip-in, tapes, wefts, halo hair extensions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• A highly motivated and energetic personality.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to speak with customers daily and provide a luxurious experience to all our Glam fans
• Professional appearance
• Work various shifts, including weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Provide hair services including installing, styling and blending of hair extensions, blow outs, hair treatments, scalp massages.
• Working on the sales floor in the retail space as well as assisting clients.
• Actively work in the salon, providing excellent customer service and educating clients.
• Keep a clean and sanitary work environment : including sanitizing, disinfecting, and sweeping if necessary.
• Attend training provided through Glam and learn through informal events and formal training.
• Complete facetime and in person consultations.
• Be able to Color match clients
• Promote and upsell products according to a client's needs.
• Client outreach (building and maintaining client relationships through text and email)
• Meeting and exceeding KPIs on a monthly basis.
• Keep participating to process improvements in-store, take our quality of service to a higher level, increase customer loyalty, and realize exponential sales.
