Required Skills & Experience
- 5 - 7+ years marketing experience, preferably in digital media, with a proven track record in creating and managing highly successful & visible marketing programs.
- Proven ability to effectively project manage and be detail-oriented.
- Experience managing projects with external vendors & agencies.
- Working knowledge of key marketing financial drivers.
- Excellent organizational, communication and inter-personal skills and must be comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience gained through college degree programs and / or certifications is applicable to the above skills.
What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
- Generate sales growth through strategic marketing partnerships and digital media
- Create digital media plan and optimize throughout the year to ensure efficient cost-per-lead & cost-per-acquisition
- Meet sales conversion goals, including ROI metrics.
- Independently manage overarching campaign performance, including media channel and tactic performance. Optimize ROI of digital channels to ensure sales targets are met and media spend is properly allocated.
- Lead media planning process with agency partners and internal teams across media, analytics, and brand.
- Support strategic marketing partnerships, including : Implementation of new initiatives Internal & external communication on project performance and status Collaboration with reporting and operational teams to set up proper infrastructure for new partnerships
- Assist in annual long range planning process by building out sales projections for the following year and forecasting associated spend
- Test, track and analyze digital advertising to increase awareness, consideration, and leads / sales.
- Work with key stakeholders across analytics to develop or improve ad reporting infrastructure as needed.
- Develop and present key results on a monthly basis to internal teams.
