Technically Lead, develop, and motivate engineering teams responsible for the System Design and development of Anthem Applications for Regional / Business Jet / General Aviation (BRGA) programs. You will be responsible for defining, executing the technical content by working with systems engineering team and customers. You will participate in all phases of program development and drive high impact growth projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Requirements analysis, authoring various systems artifacts, participate in Systems development activities and analysis in an area of all aircraft sub-systems
• Systems validation & verification- Prepare detailed test plans, provide test coverage, analyze test data and report test results.
• Definition and planning of system development & sub-systems and components breakdown.
• Strong knowledge of Anthem architecture, Anthem processes and tools
• Performing functional hazard assessment, system safety assessment, common cause analyses.
• Support execution of Systems Validation and Verification execution on target bench and creation of associated reports.
• Work closely with Lead Systems Engineer to translate OEM Technical requirements(TRD) into effective systems design and requirements
• Lead or support the development and implementation of MBSE solutions.
• Ensure model compliance with customer-approved style guides and internal development plans
