Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Project Manager. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for expediting, project management, inspection, and logistics management.
They will assist the Project Manager in coordinating and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
The Assistant Project Manager will also collaborate with team members and stakeholders, provide regular updates on project progress, and help resolve any issues that arise.
Qualifications
- Experience in expediting, project management, inspection, and logistics management
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
