Role : Staff Accountant

Location : San Diego, CA 92101 (Onsite at Symphony Towers)

Compensation Range : $60,000-$75,000 / year

Were seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to ensure our financial operations run smoothly and accurately. What Youll Be Doing

• Create and process invoices in QuickBooks to keep billing accurate and on track
• Handle AP & AR : tie payments to invoices, oversee operations expenses, and manage collections
• Reconcile virtual and physical cards and document all transactions
• Partner across departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy

Compensation Transparency

Weve listed a broad salary range of $60,000-$75,000 / year to account for varying levels of experience, skill sets, and leadership depth. Where you land in the range will depend on how your background aligns with this role.
