Implementation Manager

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to oversee the successful deployment of its platform to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy the platform to customers, ensuring successful completion of contractual requirements and go-live milestones

Act as a trusted advisor to State stakeholders and lead meetings to shape the future of the platform

Collaborate with various teams to provide value to customers and inform company strategy based on deployment experiences

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in an implementation or customer success role, particularly in technology deployment

Experience in an early stage SaaS startup environment

Familiarity with government agencies is a plus

Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage in high-level technical discussions

Analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL and / or advanced Excel techniques
