Sales Associate

Location : In Office; Bellevue, WA
Position Type : Full-time, Hourly
Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist Customers
- Provide customers with excellent fireplace product knowledge
- Assist with product selection and order placement
- Educate customer on products in person, on the phone or over email
- Create and establish great relationships with customers
- Maintain a well-organized environment
- Various administration duties
- Other duties maybe assigned
Requirements :
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good organizational skills and professional telephone skills
- Customer service or retail experience
- Organizational, time management and customer service skills
- Regular attendance is required
