Summary
We are currently seeking a (RN) Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team at Williamson Health in Franklin, Tennessee.
The successful candidate will coordinate, implement, and plan nursing care in a timely and accurate manner. The position offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement matching, tuition reimbursement, and more.
Requirements :
- Earned a nursing diploma or degree from an accredited college or university
- Licensed in the State of Tennessee
- BLS certification within 90 days of hire
- ACLS, Basic Arrhythmia, and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certifications as applicable
Work Environment :
- Adult and Pediatric Patient Care Delivery
- Critical Care, Oncology, and Emergency Patient Care Delivery
Physical Requirements :
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Requires prolonged standing and working for up to twelve hours a day
- Able to lift with assistance up to 250 lbs

- Perform comprehensive patient assessments
- Plan patient care on an individual basis
- Handle medications and solutions safely
- Document accurately and timely
- Facilitate staff development
