Your Role at FICO : As the Director of Talent and Learning Development, you will be at the forefront of shaping our commitment to growth and development.

Key Responsibilities :
- Talent Growth Strategist : Develop and execute strategies to attract, nurture, and retain top-tier talent.
- Onboarding Excellence : Ensure a seamless onboarding process that sets the foundation for success from day one.
- Retention Advocate : Implement initiatives to foster a culture of retention, recognizing and valuing our exceptional talent.
- Employer Branding Expert : Drive initiatives to enhance our employer brand, showcasing FICO as a hub for professional growth.
- Employee Engagement Champion : Spearhead programs to boost engagement and create a workplace where every voice is heard.
- Training Management Guru : Oversee the design and implementation of comprehensive learning programs that align with individual and organizational goals.
Qualifications :
- Experience in Growth : 5 years of combined experience in talent acquisition and learning & development roles.
- Recruitment Expertise : Minimum 3 years as a recruiter, with a focus on roles in facility management, construction, mechanical / electrical services, or related industries.
- Learning & Development : Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing career paths for roles in relevant industries.
- Leadership Acumen : Previous leadership roles in companies with a similar team size.
