Position Overview : As a Quotation Analyst at Industrial Pipe & Valve, you will be an integral part of our sales and operations team, responsible for managing the quotation process and supporting our sales efforts.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and competitive pricing for our PVF products and services.

Responsibilities :

• Gather specifications and requirements from customers for pipe, valve, and fitting products.
• Calculate costs, including materials, labor, and overhead, to determine pricing for quotations.
• Prepare and submit timely and accurate quotations to customers.

Price Analysis :

• Analyze market trends and competitive pricing to ensure competitiveness in the industry.
• Monitor changes in material costs, tariffs, and other factors affecting pricing.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and margin improvement.

Sales Support :

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide support in preparing customized quotations.
• Assist sales representatives in developing pricing strategies and addressing customer inquiries.
• Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure their needs are met.

Data Analysis :

• Analyze historical sales data and quotation records to identify trends and patterns.
• Utilize data analysis tools to extract insights and inform pricing decisions.
• Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings to management and stakeholders.

Process Improvement :

• Identify areas for process improvement in the quotation management process.
• Implement best practices and tools to streamline quotation procedures and increase efficiency.
