Responsibilities

  • Develop and automate financial reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data infrastructure that supports the FP&A team's needs.
  • Build and manageprehensive financial datasets, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and accessibility.
  • Integrate data from various sources (ERP systems, CRM, financial databases) to create unified datasets for analysis.
  • Work closely with IT, data science, and other departments to ensure data alignment and integrity across the organization.
  • Establish and enforce dataernance standards and best practices within the finance team.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data processes and enhance data quality and efficiency.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data management technologies and practices.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or data management role, with at least 2 years focused on data infrastructure and dataset development.
  • Proficiency in data management tools (, SQL, Python, R), financial systems (, SAP, Oracle), data visualization tools (, Tableau, Power BI), and financial modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpretplex financial data and provide insights.
  • Excellentmunication skills, capable of simplifyingplex ideas to actionable messages.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to influence multiple internal partners to drive results in a matrixed environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a desire to drive change.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure, navigate through ambiguity, draw linkages, and balance multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Salary Range : 120,000 - 140,000 depending on experience.pensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills,petencies and experience, and location.

Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided topensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses / incentives, and restricted stock units.
