Large downtown law firm seeking experienced paralegal to join their busiest litigation practice group. Responsibilities include :
- Manage, organize, and track all client documents for attorney review and analysis.
- Manage electronic case materials in eDiscovery database, and prepare document productions.
- Draft motions, petitions, and other court documents.
- Proofread and format documents to meet court requirements, and verify that all documents are complete prior to submission.
- Prepare and submit court filings and correspondence.
- Docket litigation deadlines and work with attorneys to ensure timely responses to court and case due dates.
- Preparations for client meetings, depositions, hearings, and trial.
- Assist with preparing exhibits to briefs and preparing Table of Authorities.
- Cite checking of briefs regarding fact and legal citations.
- Trial prep required, trial attendance a ++.
This position has a hybrid schedule of 2 days WFH. This firm offers excellent benefits and free parking.
