AAC Optics US (Cupertino ,CA)

AAC Optics continues to invest in R&D, manufacturing technology and automation and stives to be a global leader in providing optics components and solutions for our customers.
As the Technical Project Manager for AAC Optics, you are responsible for the camera lens development with our customer in US.
You will drive the technical, operational and quality discussions related to optical lens molding, assembly, test, yield, processes and failure analysis to ensure effective closure of all issues to enable operational success of the entire product introduction cycle and through mass production.
You will have the opportunity to work on the most powerful, challenging and most innovative optical projects. You will be in charge of the technical project management and lead the communication with customers, work with whole development team in China and the customer in US to deliver high-quantity products.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree. (Optical, Physics, EE, Mechanical or related focus)
- Excellent technical, management and communication skills to work with multi-functional teams.
- Experience in leading multi-functional team activities, involving problem solving, issue root causing, identifying and addressing risks.
- Self-starter with qualities such as innovation, integrity and attention to details.
- High energy, multi-tasker, inventive problem solver, ability to work under pressure and take initiative.
- Travel is approximate 10-15% internationally.
Nice to have but not required :
Knowledge of optics / optomechanical and related fields
Experience in successfully delivering consumer level electronics components products.
