Receptionist Responsibilities :
- Manage the front desk operations of our client’s esteemed Rogers Park office, ensuring seamless operations Monday through Friday in this dynamic neighborhood
- Field incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency, directing them to the appropriate internal departments and personnel
- Serve as the knowledgeable point of contact for general company inquiries, providing accurate and prompt responses
- Extend a warm and professional welcome to guests, corporate visitors, internal staff and vendors alike
- Skillfully manage the scheduling and coordination of our client’s conference rooms, optimizing their utilization to accommodate the vibrant activities of this bustling community
- Uphold the impeccable appearance of the front office, ensuring it reflects the company's standards of excellence
- Demonstrate proficiency in data retrieval and presentation preparation, assisting with the compilation of reports and materials for conference meetings
- Offer support with various ad hoc administrative tasks across the office, contributing to the overall efficiency of operations
Receptionist Requirements :
- 1+ year of experience in office support or receptionist roles, showcasing a solid foundation in professional etiquette and stellar customer service
