Real Estate Transactional Attorney
Valence LLP is seeking an experienced transactional real estate attorney to join our team.
Our ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience working on commercial real estate transactions, including commercial leases, subleases, and purchase and sale transactions.
We are looking for someone with exceptional drafting skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong interpersonal and communication skills to partner with clients and successfully close transactions.
Applicants must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and have active bar membership and good standing.
While we are based in California, we will consider candidates from other markets depending on experience.

Our firm provides a sophisticated software infrastructure and support similar to large law firms, utilizing tools such as Netdocuments, inMailX, Wrike, Zoom, Lexis+, Draftable, and Slack to collaborate and work seamlessly as a team.

What we Provide
- Competitive salary ($140K to $190K+ based on experience and location)
- Performance-based bonuses
