Millennium Staffing is immediately hiring Forklift Operators in Memphis, TN for a well-known company.
Pay : $15 - $17.00 / Hour - can be discussed during interview. Health, vision and dental available after 60 days on the job.
Shift availability is 1st shift & 2nd shift - shift times can be discussed during the interview.
Job Responsibilities :
- Forklift operation protocol, daily work structure and safety guidelines
- Lock out / tag out unsafe or inoperable equipment
- Load, unload, and place product in proper storage bay stacked straight and neat
- Verify counts of incoming product, make necessary adjustments on paperwork, and initial any changes
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are free of damage and document or report immediately to supervisor
- Sign and date the paperwork when load is finished
- Accurately input information as trained with scanner, documenting all functions performed
- Ship accurate number of pieces per load worksheet
- Assist with inventory counts and proper stock rotation
Required Qualifications Forklift Operators :
- Previous Forklift experience preferred.
- High attention to detail and safety / compliance.
- Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
