Litigation Associate Business Litigation
Location : Atlanta, GA
Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking a talented Business Litigation Associate to join their litigation team in Atlanta.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and experienced group of attorneys, offering exposure to high-profile, complex litigation matters.
Candidate Profile :
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in Georgia or another state, with a willingness to go through the Georgia Bar admission process.
- 18 months to 5 years of substantive experience in business litigation.
- Proficiency in conducting and supervising electronic discovery, drafting dispositive, expert, and discovery motions, and arguing motions .
- Confidence in taking and defending depositions , with excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in complex business litigation matters, working with a skilled team of attorneys with substantial courtroom experience.
- Manage all aspects of litigation, from discovery through trial, including electronic discovery, motion practice, and depositions.
- Collaborate on a variety of cases at both the state and federal levels, ensuring top-tier legal services for clients.
- Develop and execute case strategies, working closely with clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
