We are in the search for an Accounts Payable Clerk to be a part of a team with a client in Eugene, Oregon. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will have the opportunity to handle various responsibilities, including managing accounts payable, executing check runs, and performing data entry tasks.
This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.
Responsibilities :
- Handle the accounts payable function, ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Execute check runs in a precise manner to maintain the financial integrity of the organization
- Perform data entry tasks, updating and maintaining customer information in the system
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to track, analyze and report financial data
- Ensure account reconciliation is done periodically to maintain accuracy in financial records
- Oversee the process of coding invoices, ensuring they are correctly allocated to the right accounts
- Manage the process of invoice processing, ensuring all invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner.
- Must possess proficiency in Account Reconciliation.
- Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) is essential.
- Proficiency in Check Runs is required.
- Must have experience in Coding Invoices.
- Data Entry skills are necessary for this role.
- Experience in Invoice Processing is a key requirement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary.
