We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Overnight Front Desk Manager to oversee operations at a prestigious luxury hotel and residential property.
The successful candidate will ensure the highest standards of safety, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence during overnight shifts.
This role requires a proactive leader with experience in property or hospitality management, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Salary range : $70,000.00 - $75,000.00
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee Night Operations : Manage all aspects of the propertys overnight operations, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for guests and residents.
- Ensure Guest Satisfaction : Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and emergencies, delivering exceptional service and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Safety & Security Oversight : Monitor the propertys safety and security during night hours, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and procedures.
- Staff Supervision & Support : Lead, train, and support the night staff, ensuring that all duties are carried out efficiently and in alignment with property standards.
- Daily Reporting & Handover : Prepare and deliver detailed reports on overnight activities, guest feedback, and any maintenance or operational issues to the day team for follow-up.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably within a luxury hospitality or residential setting.
- Strong leadership abilities and experience in supervising and motivating teams.
- Solid understanding of property operations, including safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, residents, and staff.
- Proficiency in operational management software and tools is preferred.
