This team will building a large luxury residential project in Chantilly, VA. Approximately 350,000 SF to include an additional 150,000 SF parking garage.
Wood frame and podium construction experience is a must for this role!

Job Details
- 3+ years of experience in the construction industry
- Experience in multifamily, wood frame construction, ground up construction, residential construction, condo builds, podium construction, and multifamily / podium sectors
- Assist the Project Manager in managing and overseeing the construction process from start to finish
- Coordinate and manage the activities of subcontractors and vendors
- Assist in managing the budget and ensuring the project stays within budget
- Work with the Project Manager to develop and maintain project schedules
